The Underside Of Power ukaże się 23 czerwca nakładem wytwórni Matador Records. Grupa udostępniła pierwszy singiel z płyty, tytułowy utwór, do którego powstał klip.
The Underside Of Power jest drugim albumem w dorobku Algiers. W dużej mierze nagrywany był w Bristolu, zaś za jego produkcję odpowiedzialni byli Adrian Utley (Portishead) i Ali Chant, a całość zmiksował Randall Dunn (Sunn O)))). Album jest następcą debiutu z 2015 roku, który przyniósł im pozytywne recenzje na łamach NY Times, Pitchfork, The Quietus i wielu innych.
