W filmie, który już 26 czerwca trafi na Netflix i wynagrodzi fanom Eurowizji pierwszy rok bez konkursu, zobaczyć będzie można takich aktorów jak: Will Ferrell, Rachel McAdams, Pierce Brosnan, Demi Lovato, czy Dan Stevens.
Fabuła to historia dwóch aspirujących talentów – Larsiego (Will Ferrell) oraz Sigrit (Rachel McAdams) – którzy otrzymują niespotykaną szansę reprezentowania Islandii w największym na świecie konkursie muzycznym. Wreszcie mogą udowodnić, że marzenia się spełniają.
Ścieżka dźwiękowa filmu zawierać będzie utwory w wykonaniu Willa Ferrella oraz innych aktorów. Pierwszy singiel ze ścieżki dźwiękowej Volcano Man jest już dostępny, a dzisiaj premierę miał teledysk do tego utworu.
