APPARAT, aka Sascha Ring, ogłosił szczegóły nowego krążka. Płyta LP5 ukaże się 22 marca nakładem Mute.
Podobnie jak w przypadku poprzednich albumów, APPARAT zaprosił do współpracy wiolonczelistę Philippa Thimma. W utworach słychać puzon, trąbkę, saksofon, harfę, kontrabas i inne instrumenty smyczkowe. Kompozycje powstawały w trakcie niekończących się grupowych improwizacji i sesji orkiestrowych. Album został zrejestrowany w Berlinie w AP4, JRS, Vox-Ton & Hansa Studios, a zmiksowany przez Garetha Jonesa i Sascha Ring.
Ostatni solowy projekt artysty Krieg und Frieden (Music for Theatre) ukazał się w 2013 r. Jako członek tria Moderat wydał dwa stydyjne albumy: II w 2013 r. oraz III w 2016 r.
