Depeche Mode ujawnili właśnie najnowszy klip do piosenki Cover Me, trzeciego oficjalnego singla z platynowego krążka Spirit.
Klimatyczny, nastrojowy obrazek pokazuje wokalistę grupy, Dave’a Gahana spacerującego po pustym Los Angeles i podróżującego w kapsule kosmicznej – w obu sytuacjach kompletnie samotnego, fizycznie i psychicznie. Reżyserem obrazka jest opiekun artystyczny ostatnich płyt Depeche Mode – holenderski fotograf i reżyser Anton Corbijn.
Po sukcesie – także komercyjnym – fizycznych wersji singli Where’s The Revolution i Going Backwards, najnowszy utwór Depeche Mode również ukaże się na płycie CD Maxi (trafi tam ‘Cover Me’ w wersji radiowej i 6 remixach + ‘So Much Love (Kalli Remix)’) oraz na dwóch płytach winylowych (8 remixów ‘Cover Me’ w tym część niedostępnych na CD Maxi). Premiera obu nośników 6 października.
