4 lipca tego roku na gdyńskiej scenie Open’er Festival wystąpi fenomenalny, słynny zespół Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds!! Zespół będzie promował swój ostatni album Skeleton Tree z 2016 roku. Jest to szesnasty album Cave’a nagrany z bandem The Bad Seeds. Zespół będzie kolejną gwiazdą tegorocznego Open’er Festival. Pozostałymi wykonawcami, którzy wystąpią na festiwalu są m.in. Arctic Monkeys, Bruno Mars, Depeche Mode czy Gorillaz.
Nick Cave to artysta urodzony 22 września 1957 roku w australijskim Warracknabeal. Od 1984 roku występuje z zespołem The Bad Seeds. W grupie obecnie występują: Nick Cave – wokal, pianino, gitara, harmonijka ustna, instrumenty perkusyjne, organy ; Thomas Wydler – perkusja ; Conway Savage – pianino ; Warren Ellis – skrzype ; Jim Sclavunos – perkusja ; Martyn P.Casey – gitara basowa ; Ed Kuepper – gitara. Ostatni raz zespół w Polsce zagrał w zeszłym roku w warszawskiej Hali Torwar. Koncert zapowiada się bardzo ciekawie.
