The Weeknd wypuścił najnowszy utwór Smile, który został stworzony z nieżyjącym już raperem Juice WRLD. Jest to pierwszy utwór tego duetu. Piosenkę opublikowano na YouTube zmarłego rapera.
W lyric wideo melancholijnego kawałka artysta maluje portrety muzyków. Piosenka niesie przekaz o sprawianiu radości tym, których się kocha, nawet jeśli nie jest się już w życiu pewnych osób. „Chcę tylko zobaczyć, jak się uśmiechasz / Nie płacz / Nawet jeśli to oznacza, że muszę dać ci odejść (…) Musze nauczyć się być sam” – śpiewa w swojej partii The Weeknd.
We wrześniu ubiegłego roku Juice WRLD umieścił w mediach społecznościowych informację: „Ja i The Weeknd moglibyśmy stworzyć diamentową płytę…”. Raper zmarł 3 miesiące później, 8 grudnia.
